Rose Fairy

Rosetta

I love the WeeStamps range and have lot of their digital stamps.  This one is called Rosetta.  I coloured her with Copic pens and added some glitter to her wings.  I die cut the image using one of the Spellbinders dies.  I layered some pink embossed card onto a white card blank and glued the coloured image onto it.  I added some punched butterflies, I coloured the bodies with a black copic pen..  A stamped sentiment and some paper roses finish the card.

Well Where has the time gone?

Its been a couple of years since I last posted, I cannot believe it ha been that long.  I have been crafting just lots of different ones not just stamping.  Life has changed as well.  My middle son started University last September, just starting his second year now. In February my first Granddaughter was born.  She is so beautiful I love her to bits.  Made crochet blankets for all the family and a few extra for home.  They are so easy to just pick up and do a few rows when I have time so I guess a few more will end up around the house.

My newest addiction is the Cricut Explore Air.  I have had a Cricut Create for years and years and love it for my scrap booking but the Explore Air is fantastic, learning so much from youtube.  Will show you some projects soon.  I have some cards made using my Cricut and will take photos and post them.

Before I finish this post I will add a photo of a few of my blankets

Skateboarding fun

A card for Dad using a digital image.  I find I am using digital images more often these days.

A cute image from a Crafters Companion CD.  I coloured the image with Copic pens.  I came across the Dad stamp in the range last week, it is from the Docrafts Papermania range.  I can see me using it a lot.  Spellbinders Labels two die was used to cut out the image and the card to mount the image.  Card from the Camden Town range was used for the backing card and I also stamped the Dad word on a scrap piece from the Camden Town range.

I have loads of papercrafting kits and I really should use them so I made a few cards from some of them.  Just quick cards but fun to make, all from Crafter's Companion papercrafting kits.

Two Christmas ones first from Bebunni

One from Humprey's Corner

Some birthday cards
 One from Angelina

Two from the Fairie Poppets range

The lovely pastel green colour of the card does not show up in this photo.

Time for stamping and colouring now, see you soon.

Icy Snow Queen

I have only just found these digital stamps, they are beautiful and I will be buying many more.  They are from Aurora wings, this one is called Ice Queen.

I used Broken China distress ink to colour around the edge of the stamped image and also the edges of the card the stamped image is attached to.  I used Majestic labels 25 to make the frame around the image and also layered it on top of silver card. The snowflakes were cut from silver and white card.  I also dotted silver stickles around the stamped image.

Tom's Birthday

Even though I have three boys I still find it hard top make cards for teenage boys.  I don't know why but it always takes twice as long to make cards for them.  Here are two I made this weekend.

I used a digi stamp from Mo's digital pencil and coloured it with Copic's.  The card and greeting are from Crafter's Companion's Camden Town range.

This card was also made using the Camden Town papercrfting kit and the Happy Birthday was cut using the Crafter's Companion Die'sire Say it with Words die's.
